TV reception in Salcombe can be difficult to receive but the are a few options. There are three transmitters to choose from. The main transmitter situated near Torquay with the full Freeview service. The second, relay transmitter above Salcombe has a limited number of channels (see link bellow) therefore it’s better to aim for the Torquay wherever possible. The third option is Stockland Hill near Honiton, this is a little more tricky because of the distance from the transmitter but it is sometimes possible.
